Hatzidakis winery is well known in Greece for some years about the high quality wines they deliver.
I had the 2007 Santorini wine and it was as expected a fruity dry high end wine.
It was much better than the 2006 with more spark and tense taste of the Asyrtiko grape.
The color of the wine is light and it has a smooth aftertaste that lasts just enough.
My rank for the Santorini Hatzidakis 2007 90 points.
